I know we no longer have plastic but if we are only having paper could handles be put on the paper bags? The sacker put bottles in two paper bags onlong with other products. They were very heavy and there was no where to grab the bag thus ripping up the bag.Maybe some thought could be put into this especially with many elderly and handicapped people.

I bought salt Kroger.I cooked dinner twice, for some reason it was bitter. So I threw the food away. I checked all the products and everything was fine. Then I remembered the salt I bought the 3/28/24.I checked the salt. The salt was bitter. I am 61 years old and this is the first time I see that the salt was confused some unknown thing

I came to this location today to do some shopping and noticed there was a 6 pack of Yeungling I never tried. So I decided to get it along with my other groceries. I checked out and everything was fine until I got home and realized one of the bottles was completely empty. The color of the bottle was dark so I didn’t notice beforehand. I then tried to get a refund but they said they could not. I am extremely disappointed in Dillons and will now just make the drive to HyVee or Walmart. How could they sell me an empty bottle of beer, and the better question is how did that bottle become empty in the first place?? Extremely unprofessional and I will not be bringing my business here.

Rude management, my car is stuck at their gas station with a dead battery and after calling in the store to see if someone could help out with a jump the person I spoke to interrupted my question, chuckled and quickly said no one has jumper cables. Then about an hour later as I'm still trying to figure out assistance with a jump someone from management comes out & asked me if I had someone coming because I couldn't leave my vehicle here, I told him I'm calling around now & he continues to go on saying, "Well it needs to get done because you can't leave your car here" as if I didn't just get done saying I'm calling around. You all want to be rude, laugh and then pester me when all I'm trying to do is figure this out so I can leave. ?? Such great customer service you all have.

I have a flexible schedule and over the last year I have been here every day of the week at various different times -- they can't staff more than one or two cashiers EVER yet there's always some jerkoff asking me if I want a cart and pulling it out 6 inches for me?I can pull out the cart myself, put that clown behind a register and stop screwing around.What a JOKE

I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter at the Dillons Pharmacy located at 3000 W 6th St. I called to inquire about the availability of my prescription, hoping to find some relief for my health concern. To my dismay, the pharmacist I spoke to exhibited an astonishing level of unprofessionalism, indifference, and outright rudeness.Upon asking about the stock of my prescription, the pharmacist responded with a disinterested "No," leaving me disheartened. However, in a desperate attempt to find the medication, I politely inquired if they could check neighboring stores. Shockingly, the pharmacist replied with a callous, "Yes, but they won't have it either," without even making the effort to verify.Feeling dejected and helpless, I decided to reach out to the nearby Dillons Pharmacy on the next street. To my surprise, they had my prescription in stock and were incredibly accommodating and courteous throughout the process.I find it utterly unacceptable that a professional in the healthcare industry could display such a lack of empathy and compassion. A pharmacist should prioritize their patients' well-being and go the extra mile to help them find the medication they need. Unfortunately, this was far from the case during my interaction with the pharmacist at this particular Dillons Pharmacy.
