I told a couple employees that I thought the writing was too small and looked unprofessional. The manager told me that they don’t hire professional cake decorators and didn’t even care. All the employees squinted at the cake and couldn’t even read it. You will no longer have my business.

Dillon’s pickers ability to choose produce for a grocery pick up is spotty at best. We frequently get bad or rotten items. Dillion’s solution to fixing the issue is to have you drive back to the store for a replacement. Somehow spending 30 min to get $6 worth of produce seems like a reasonable solution to sending moldy food home with their customer.

The staff told NO WAY they return fresh produce for me. Vs their website said can return fresh produce. Super rude. Kroger customer service don’t even care about my compliant. No feedback of anything.

Clean store, well stocked shelves, smooth checkout process. This is our main grocery store. We shop here once or twice a week. Great store.

Guaranteed 15 min wait in the checkout line every week. I don't know why they refuse to hire someone to work a register - better yet, scrap the self-checkout lines altogether and open a second register!
Guess I'm shopping at Walmart now.

Dillons has become like Wal mart, they are hiring people who are mentally challenged and then letting them run the register. Its great to give everyone opportunities, but know their limits. I had a cashier make a $120 mistake when I was checking out, after I specifically pointed out that I thought there was an issue. She didn't seem able to even comprehend what I was saying due to being challenged, and then when she made the big mistake, she didn't seem aware of what a big deal it was. And the manager was completely incompetent and seemed unqualified, too. Seems to me that they are hiring whoever will take the low wages. Hyvee gives a much better customer service experience.

This is not meant to be hateful or mean this is a genuine warning the chinese food is so terrible. The rice tasted like i took a handful of dirt and took a bite out of it. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like pinesol, please do NOT subject yourself to the Dillons chinese food. Orange chicken was so intensely orange flavored I felt like i ate packet of dry orange jello flavoring. God speed
