Highly recommend! I ordered four new tires and scheduled the installation appointment online for the next day. My tires were installed and I was out the door in under an hour. The customer service was excellent as well; everyone I spoke to was super friendly and professional.

Update: I will say that Gary, the store manager has amazing customer service and after this review was written, I received a prompt call back to discuss what went wrong and why things were done the way they were. Gary apologized and offered to help correct the issue. So I will give a higher review due to that. The communication and prompt response was appreciated. Gary seems like he has great customer service and that goes a long way in my book.
I don’t know how they run the store now but IF it’s the same employees that did my tires a year ago.. don’t go. I’ve had my tires replaced here twice now. Both times my tires blow within the next year and a half. Have been having problems with my tires dropping 15 psi within two days. Well this morning I had to pull over due to my car shaking really bad. Pull over, check the psi and all my tires are fine. I was too far from discount to bring it to them this morning safely so I had it taken to D&D instead. I was told to never bring my car back to where I had them put on at (discount) because they didn’t put my back tires on correctly AND Discount didn’t clean it out when they put on the tire so now it’s rusted out inside. Ended up costing me money to get it fixed elsewhere because Discount didn’t do it right the first time. If you are reading this review I HIGHLY recommend D&D tire. Super friendly and knowledgeable there. Do not go to Discount if the same people who put my tires on last time work there.

I had a tire losing air. I made an appointment and that was great, because I only had to wait one hour for the work to get done. They noticed my lug nuts were slipping and my windshield wipe was cracked. I appreciate them noticing that so I could get those items replaced.

Usually great! But, I was waiting 40 minutes to get an air check. They waited on several people before me, and when I went to tell them at the front. The guy told me to stay patient and keep waiting. My usual guy isn’t there, and he’s awesome. But, the guy at the front was so rude and talked over me.

I knew my tires were getting bad, but didn't realize how bad until a big snow hit town. Trying to get out of the drive, I knew I couldn't wait any longer. I called and talked to Joshua and explained my situation. He was so helpful and got me in within a couple of hours. They were fast, efficient, priced reasonably, helpful and extremely nice. I'd highly recommend Discount Tires!

Went to get a tire patched. Tired to sell me tires when I told him no. Then tired if they determined the tire was unsafe to fix what were my plans...not buying tires is my plan. It was a screw in the tire surface, not near the sidewall. Not buying tires nor windshield wipers. Left and got my tire repaired somewhere else.

The people at Discount Tires were so nice to me and very helpful. They did a good job at walking me through the process and were very transparent about what they thought was going on and with their recommendations. When they recommended something that I didn’t have the money for right then, they didn’t push and told me to come back next time :) I will be using discount tires whenever I can as well as recommending their services to whoever needs them. JD, you’re the best!!
