Linda is extremely rude and unprofessional, she did not want to help a customer check out because “she’s always in here, I hate when she comes, I cringe, I have to put everything back.” She should keep her thoughts to herself. One of the issues was their card not working, mine too rarely works when I go in, today was no exception, I tried three different cards all being declined (I have the money to cover the item). I told her to not talk shit on people because cards declining is clearly an issue on the store’s part. Linda didn’t have much to say when called out to her face. Will not be going back even though 7/10 it’s the most convenient stop. Also, more than one employee is needed to check folks out, the line was 9 people deep!

The Batch named Linda and Kim accused me of stealing WHEN I DID NOT I DUMPED OUT MY PURSE AND LET THE B LOOK THRU IT AND I EVEN TOOK OFF MY WINTER COAT AND THE B was not even working that day. This is the ones on haskell and their freezers Brooke it's been months since they had one WOW

Came in to grab a few things real quick and as I was checking out the two employees were complaining about the plastic bag ban and one of them called it the R slur. Not sure why employees are using offensive and outdated terminology in front of customers but it was unsettling.

Generally a good store with helpful employees, but I do wonder why they put in a self check out when they close it down every evening at the busiest shopping time.

This store is TRASH . Never clean or stocked, don't waste your time going here, the north Lawrence store is the best in Lawrence, this store needs to take notes. SMH.

Went to get food and they had a sign up say, " Closing at 4". Nothing else was written but that. At least apologize.

The prices don't match the product.I went there to buy envelopes and couldn't find the price for the bar code.I love the fact the you have fresh fruit and vegetables. There was a mini watermelon for $2 and the the cashier charged me $4.??. I said the watermelon was only $2 she was not going to change it so I said I don't want it so I put it back and the price was clear. watermelon $2. Please have the register match the correct price.

The employees are very helpful and friendly and they have a lot of variety of things from groceries to brooms to bath accessories to auto products.

More items in stock than anywhere I've been lately. Great sales and lower everyday prices than you would expect, plus the store is well laid out without huge lines and waits at the registers!

The organization is getting a lot better now. 99.99% better. A lot of the problems was the people that shopped there and leaving items in the wrong place. Between having to stock shelves with the in coming items and having to relocate items out of place, I imagine it was overwhelming. Now that they don't sell clothes like they did, it's a lot more organized. It's nice to go there and not see clothes all over the store.
