Went for the novelty of the kitty cat, stayed for the diverse spread of books (and found some gems). Only reason for the 4⭐️ vs. 5 is the lack of organization - I get they have overstock but I had trouble identifying what genre I was looking at on various tables etc...

Love this used book store. I visit whenever I’m in Lawrence. Plus they have a cat!
