They get the job done and don’t sneak in any surprise charges. I paid $85 ($15 for the pink nail polish, $3 gems ring fingers, $2 silver line on pointers) for nails and $18 for an eyebrow wax, it was straightforward and upfront. I appreciated that they were honest about what would work best for the look and durability I wanted, and they really worked with me.
That said, I did notice some questionable hygiene practices. Old nail files were reused frequently, but cleanliness seems to vary from person to person who’s working. If that’s a dealbreaker for you, this might not be the place.
Still, they came through for me last minute, so I’d recommend them in a pinch. Just be warned: the seats were uncomfortable (sat for over an Hr) but that might just be because I’m 6’ tall.

Honestly, I will not go back here. Unfortunately, the job was not done well. Did not cut my cuticles and did not paint up to my cuticle so it looks grown out even when it was just done. They charged me $73 for length + simple french tip. I wanted chrome but it would have been $15 more. I have never been charged that much. For the price and the effort, it was NOT worth the $73. The only good thing about the place is that they get you in fast.

I’ve been going here for a while and they always give me the nails I want! There’s usually not a super long wait time and usually get me in fast! Definitely will continue to come here!

I couldn’t find a place that I liked where I live so I tried this place and loved it at first. I went every 2 weeks to a month commuting from where I lived for at least 6 months. That means I spent money on my nails and gas! I had no problem doing so until one day I stepped out of my comfort zone and asked for a pretty ombré design. The owner laughed and went to talk to at least 2 or 3 others to do my design. They all looked at me like I was crazy. The one who finally did my nails had to come from the back and was not happy. She decided to slam her purse on the counter, rummage aggressively through her tools and then talk to her other employees making fun of me! I am not dumb and can pick up on the half English that was spoken. I was so upset I cried after leaving and NEVER went back.
Rude owner and terribly overpriced! I have found a new place where I live and will NEVER be back! Owner needs to be outed for making fun of her customers! Shame! Shame! Shame!

I went here to get a fill..and this has never happened to me before. When I went here a week later the started popping off and they filed my nail so low that my flesh is showing through the nail👍🏽👊🏽

worst nail service ever! i don’t like to leave bad reviews but i feel that this is necessary. i was ignored when i first arrived and two women were serviced before me. when i finally was seated, i waited an hour before i got up and left. as i was leaving, the number 4 station employee told me that i was going to be serviced shortly but i kindly declined, prompting her to be rude. not only were the tools not properly disinfected, they would use the same tools for every client. this nail spot is a brewing hub for infections and horrible services.

My sister and I went to get our nails done here since I am visiting from out of town. Wanted to get our nails done as a way to spend time together. Walked in the door and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. 25 minutes later we are still sitting there while 2 people who came in after us (with no appointment) were seated to get their nails done. We got up and took our business elsewhere. What a waste of time! With the 15 minutes it took to drive there we ended up wasting an hour of our day!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is so bad. I went a week ago and got nails that were so thin that they broke within 3 days of having them. Then I went back today to get them fixed since nails are supposed to last up to two weeks. they said they would give me a discount. I went in, ended up paying full price for the ugliest nails I’ve ever had. They are so stubby, uneven and thick that I honestly considered going back in and having them take them off. Not even close to the shape or length I was asking for and told me they had to charge me extra to add tips. Mind you, they were the reason my long natural nails broke!!! DO NOT waste your time or money here.
