terrible. one rep told me they would help me with over billing and the manager Chris wouldn't honor his co workers word. this company has gone down hill since covid . real shame .

Rude and unprofessional customer service at this branch. I asked for the name of the one serving us, but he refused to tell us so that I could report his conduct. Don’t deal with this branch, there’s other rental services that deserve your business more.

Enterprise sites showing cars available in this location and the pick up desk says otherwise (not available till another day). I agreed to downtown grade if needed but they said they have 0 car in their property. It’s either the branch is so popular (at this college town…), or their system needs to sync better. In other branches, the site would show no car available when all cars are rented out.

Set a reservation for Thursday at 2 and for some unexplained reason they never put it in the system. So because of what they called "miscommunication" I'm stuck with no car. This branch might need better training or hire more employees. The person working the desk while helping me, left helping me and went and helped another person. Therefore never remembering to put the reservation in the system.

The worst experience ever.I have never witnessed such atrocious customer service in my life. I had a confirmed reservation to pick up at 5, with options online to pick up ever later. I showed up and they would not even answer the door. A woman who had just picked up her car was finishing up and starting talking to me outside. She waited fortunately to see the resolution . No one would help or come to the door until an innocent bystander started banging on the door. The manager cracked the door open- I had already been standing there for 40 minutes waiting outside- and told me he locks up the keys at 5 and would not help. I explained I was sent thereBy Toyota since my car was not available. I explained I was stranded, did not live in Lawrence, and had no way to get home or anywhere else. He again refused to help. I asked if I could come in and charge my phone to get an Uber and he said no and then slammed the door and walked away. The sweet person in the parking lot who just picked up her car gave me a ride to target so I could charge my phone and figure out next steps. I reported this to Crown Toyota today as this is their partner for cars. Never again.

I have rented from this location before several times and the experiences have never been fantastic, but this time takes the cake. After leaving work early and getting a ride for the 30 minute trip, I called after being stuck in traffic to let them know I would be there before closing only to find out my reservation was set for another location 40 minutes in the opposite direction which I could not make before closing. I offered my confirmation number twice, but Jacob would not look it up. I also never received a confirmation email. I spoke to Jacob twice who was unhelpful at best. Finally, after having to ask if there was anything we could do to make this right, he reluctantly looked and told me he wouldn't have any vehicles for a week. I had a couple choice words and hung up. I will never use this location again.

I have had to rent a car for my job on several occasion over the past two years and each time I have used Enterprise in Lawrence, KS. The staff there is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On the rare occasion that I had an issue with the vehicle, they were able to get it taken care of for me quickly. They have definitely earned my business and I will continue to use them for my rental car needs.

My experience was very well. The young lady named Olivia Profitt was very kind and did a great job of taking care of me when returned my rental vehicle. I've rented many vehicles from your establishment and she is the best employee I have ever had. Job well done by this young lady. Very very professional and knew her job very well.

-Did not have the car size advertised, and was told it was the only option.-Car was not clean.-Car had windshield crack that was not noted in the damage report when checking out the car, was overshadowed by a lot of other scratches and weird sticker on the car that they were too lazy to remove that past customers put on it, so I removed it myself. The windshield crack became bigger throughout the time renting the car and they tried to blame it on me for damaging the vehicle.-Gave me the car without a full tank of gas.-Despite giving them the card I wanted to be charged and delaying the check in process further, they charged the incorrect credit card and still have failed to remove it from my statement after calling twice.-Still have not received an answer of why I have been charged almost $200 more than the amount I booked for, never had this happen with National at various locations for 50+ rentals.-This location is much closer for me but I deeply regret not just driving to MCI and back for a better experience as I am still dealing with getting these problems fixed.

Update: I emailed as requested below and have been told somebody from the branch will reach out to me I followed up multiple times and have still had no one reach out for me I'm going on almost a month since I've had this rental and still have not heard from anybody do not go here unless you want to spend your vacation on the side of the road driving an illegal car.We picked up a van on June 19th to go to TN. We had to replace the windshield wipers ourselves the same day. Then on the 20th the oil change required light came on we still had at least 600 miles left on our trip we drove to multiple firestone's to get an oil change all were booked so we once again had to pay out of pocket for that. We got reimbursed for both of those hut what is more so not acceptable is we were given a van with expired tags. We were pulled over in KY and TN with 2 kids in the car because the tags expired 05/01/23. We were given nothing for this! We lost a whole day of vacation between replacing stuff and being stuck on the side of the road pulled over. I have emailed customer service and chatted with an agent and basically told oh well. Sending a car out with expired tags over a month old is not acceptable period!!!

This was a problem-free rental experience. The car was what I expected and was clean and ready on time. No problems with the car. Cost was high but I think about the same as others. Staff always are friendly and helpful.

Reserved two 15 pax vans 7 months prior and only one ready (after 15 min they found the keys) and we had to go KC airport for the other van. No call the day prior to let us know there was a problem. Poor service.
