If I could leave no stars I would. I’m only a “member” here because Wakarusa Valley switched to Envista. I called a million times today with no answer. I come to the location to make my payment and the lady runs the card for the total amount except for $2.50 and acts like she has issues. Intel her I have somewhere to be so she cancels the payment and tells me I can come back within the 10 day grace period. What sense does that make? Wakarusa Valley made a poor choice.

I have the best interactions with the staff here. Some are no longer at this location but Lauren and Drew are still here. They are courteous and professional. I look forward to every encounter and their smiles. Thank you Enviista for having a strong team and your culture does go noticed.

Chris C. Is always pleasant and addresses me by name. Overall Envista does well at training employees and creating a positive atmosphere and attitude.

Drew really made my day! Not only was he incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, he greeted me by my first and last name the second I pulled up! Makes me so happy that I switched from my old bank to Envista Credit Union!

Had some questions and a complicated situation with some deposits through the drive thru on a Saturday morning! Gabby and Lauren listened to the situation. Addressed what needed to be done and did it all with big smiles on their faces. The closest Envista location to where I live (30 min drive) and the service and kind, helpful staff make it worth that drive every time! Thank you Gabby and Lauren!

Everyone there was very nice. Jordan was extremely helpful and made the application process painless. The building is very well kept and beautiful inside and out. I would for sure recommend anybody to come here.

I recently switched over from Azura Credit Union back over to Envista and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done! I have nothing but great things to say about Lawrence’s Iowa Envista Branch! Especially great things to say about Drew who seems to always be working the drive up window!

Art (my grandpa who does not use computers) would like to give kuddos to Lauren and Chris at the Iowa location. They go above and beyond for when assisting him. They know him by name and always make him feel welcome.
