Took 2 hrs and $100 just to tell me my tire tread was low. I went to a different place and they literally walked out to my car with a gadget and said the same thing.

Got me in and out for an oil change. Checked another impromptu item for me and provided feedback on that inspection. Great customer service!

Nick the area manager is amazing even after, my uncalled for word exchange with him, he made things right, that a different store messed up. Appreciate it.

Both of the gentleman were very kind and honest with me. They didn’t try to sell me on anything extra and recommended that see my dealer since this could be a bigger problem.

They got me right in and out. I could clearly tell a difference with the front end alignment!!

As a full service auto repair shop, I recommend it. When you are down and out without a vehicle, this place is the most expedient in terms of quality service. They also have various quality assurance standards to obey.
Not every repair shop can guarantee the best service, with the cost that is desired, but this place strives to get the job done right as quickly as possible. Complaints are usually about misunderstandings behind the specifics related to the repair request.
For instance, I was quoted $1200, but the final cost was closer to $1750, which bites, but that is the nature of service work such as auto repair. I understood the difference, and did not complain, because if I really wanted to lower the cost, I could have taken it to another shop or had done the work myself. But I didn’t.
I chose Firestone, and I will choose them again in the event I have need for a larger, more expedient repair, or even if I simply choose not to do the work myself.

This Firestone is untrustworthy.
They insisted I needed new struts to complete my alignment and after a week of them having my car, I get it back and it’s clanking and grinding and feels unsafe to drive. I take it back they say it must be a bad kit and say they will put a new kit on. They new I would be driving across country back home and they knowingly let me do so without properly fixing the car but insisting it was fixed and fine.
The car was jerky and squeaky at first and over the year continuing to get worse until eventually back to clanking and grinding and not feeling safe to drive. I called a nearby Firestone in New Jersey and took it in.
THEY HAD INSTALLED THE STRUTS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDES! TWICE and insisted it was correct and fine. I also found out they were not necessary- I didn’t even need new ones. So they pushed them on me and then installed them improperly and then even though the part was still under warranty I had to pay for the labor to fix what they did!
The worst part is I had bright my car to them after being taken advantage of at another shop and they new that and that I was trusting them to help make sure my car was safe.
Do not trust this shop.

While driving into KU, I happened to run over a huge bolt that appeared to be partially covered in concrete and sharpened on one end? Craziest thing to ever puncture one of my tires!! I was 3.5 hours from home and had no idea where to go. Thankfully, the man who helped me put on my spare/donut to get to a tire shop recommended Firestone. What a fantastic group of gentlemen! I'm so pleased to say that every person was kind and funny and understood my frustration. I had to wait a bit, but it was the day of New Year's Eve, and there was only one man fixing tires, so I didn't mind. I just feel very blessed to have had them help me out in a situation where I was unfamiliar with their city.

Fast service. Always clear about service being done or what is needed. Only disappointed with asking for service paper I used to get (that shows tire depths) and was told it was included in emailed documents, but it was not.

They went out of their way to accommodate our maintenance request on a Sunday and fixed the issue that same day. They even let me pick up the car a few minutes after the store closed.

Last minute Sunday assist. Had a flat with no other places open. They had a full waiting room at 1430 and these guys squeezed it in. Great job and positive attitudes. Thanks for getting the family car back on the road before our busy week started!!

My daughter got a flat tire and parked in a garage so the tow truck couldn't help. Firestone lended her an air compressor, got the tire inflated enough to drive over, then they took care of the tire and a battery replacement. Very helpful and focused on solutions!

Spent 1500 dollars over the weekend to recieve a defective tire. So far I've been back TWICE trying to get this fixed. First time I was told my warranty didn't cover the tire and they didn't have the one I needed in stock. 2nd time I was told it was covered and in stock. I come in to wait and it took the more than an hour to tell me they actually don't have the tire in stick. Wasting my money to have my spare out on by a tow truck and my time sitting at a store that can't actually help me! If I get my tire on Thursday I MIGHT change my review to 2 stars.
