What an AWFUL experience at Lawrence ks five below! I don’t know how this girl got hired but she has the worst attitude and just acts like she’s miserable at her job. 10/29/2024 she was working closing shift and as soon as we walked in it was “WE’RE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES SO HURRY UP.” If I wasn’t there to pick up last minute Halloween items for my CHILD I would have walked out immediately but I excused her behavior. HOWEVER, 15 minutes before closing she comes up to my partner and says “we’re closing in 15 minutes so HURRY UP.” And just throughout our experience in that store she makes her presence known that she’s frustrated with us for even being in the store. I’ve worked multiple jobs like hers and I wouldn’t be caught dead acting the way she did towards loyal customers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. One of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. Lots of great items in the store but checking out ruined it for me. Never coming back after dealing with a cashier like that. As someone who worked as a cashier there was no reason for her to act the way she did. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

My kid loves their cheap variety of tons and tons of candy, and my wife can't seem to make it out of there without a $5 something. Affordable retail therapy for the whole family.
