Customer service was decent but new policies have made it such a hassle that I wouldn't recommend making purchases at gamestop. At least not this location specifically. I purchased a victrix controller and 2 year warranty just to be told I would have to wait until they had that exact controller in stock or drive 20+ miles away because i was missing a part that was not only unnecessary but broken. Be aware, you will have a hard time making an exchange if youre missing a single piece that came with the product originally. I would be stuck with a controller that wasn't functioning. If you're buying a controller, I'd buy it online or at best buy where there aren't policies in place that make doing a warranty exchange unnecessarily difficult.

Didn't have the time to look at a console, well because it's Christmas Eve. And there was so many customers in the store NOT because there was zero customers.

The store manager (Chance) is amazing. A new employee of his accidentally messed up an online exchange and purchase. He made it right and did it with such ease. He's kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really tries everything in his power to correct a simple (but truly complex) mistake. I hope he knows how thankful I am for his help. He also really cares for his employees.

I was just in today and the woman at the desk was upset condescending and rude to myself and other customers in the store. She looked totally dejected when I asked her a question and acted like I was a burden for her.

crappiest service from your blonde lady completely disrespectful would not recommend going back the guy that serviced me was up front with me about my console had no problem with him but the blonde lady treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about with my own system won't go back ever fix your staff she needs to be fired or something ruthless b****

This store is a store that should not be gone to. Save your time with hassling with these people and go to a different store. I will never go to this store again.An item that should have not been reserved was reserved. Also the store didn't know their own hours while online did. A phone call was supposed to be made to advise the item was no longer on reserve. Even though I was advised that the associate that was spoken to the and the store manager had one reserved from themselves. A phone call was never made. On the day of pick up I called the store to see if the online hours were correct and spoke with the manager. The manager gave the bad news that they were out. Nothing was made right by the manager. All the manager could do is provide a 10% off on the next item purchased. The manager also refused to escalate this issue to their DM.The store in Olathe, KS off of Highway 7 took on the problem and fixed it! They went above and beyond.

Sold them an Xbox controller, the rb was stuck apparently but dude took it anyways to resell, then bought a dualsense PS5 controller, d pad doesnt work. The employees here are careless and don't refurbish anything. Be warned buying used from them.

Me and my grandpa have been coming here since 2016 and I love this place so much and the employees are nice and chance the store manager I think but anyways he is nice and also very helpful I think I plan on coming to this store for years to come to find a game that suits my needs thank you Gamestop.

This is the only place I go for anything video game related. The store manager is fantastic and so are the others that work there. I can't think of a single bad experience with anyone that works at this location. I only gave 5 stars because I can't give more.

Ordered an Xbox series x on the 8th. Paid for express shipping. Then was told it wasn't available after 2 days. Then they "fixed it for me" and I was supposed to receive it today but it was never shipped. Cancelled my order and will never go to GameStop again. I'd recommend to order from anywhere else but them.

This is a great store! Lots of selections and options. The employees are all very helpful and the manager seems to love what he does and is always willing to get to know his customers!
