I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley. The station was not clean — there were hairs left on the chair from previous cuts. She didn’t follow my instructions and only trimmed based on length, without understanding the style I wanted. At the end, when removing the cape, she left hair all over my feet and flip flops. When I asked her to blow it off properly, she refused, and I had to do it myself. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the service. Basic professionalism and courtesy were completely lacking — I would not recommend her services.

Thanks to Mac and Beth for helping me figure out how I want my hair cut! I have spent years trying to figure out “my style” and now I know what I like best. They are excellent people.

I know great clips is the cheap option in town, but when I sent my daughter in with my husband today to get a simple bang trim, I didn’t expect them to absolutely butcher her hair. I’m attaching a before and after.
I also noticed that they butchered my son’s hair.

I typically don't do chain hair cut places, I try to stick to local barbers. But this location and Elizabeth here changed my perspective. She did a great job on a hair cut and beard trim. I Did the online check in while I was parking then walked in and instantly got it. People were friendly and good conversationalists. Very good experience overall.

Just had hair cut. Always a great experience. The ladies are always so easy and laid back to talk with. The gal I worked with today was amazing as always!!

This is a nice location all the stylists have been great. I think it is always hard to get curly hair to look good and my family has had great success with the stylists here. Sometimes dry breaking
hair sneaks up on you and you need a trim at the last minute.

Rude staff and irritatable Amanda was the worst. I can't say I'll go back and spend money. If they aren't appreciative of business, they must not need the money.

Would leave a negative rating if I could. I went in asking for 1950s slick back look. That apparently translates to, "make me look like moe from the 3 stooges". And they dared ask what I would like changed after the fact. What I wouldve liked changed is never stepping foot in that store.

Decent place to get a haircut! I've been going for years now, and take my kids as well.Definitely recommend using the app and signing in online. There can be quite the wait.

Carrie at Bauer Farm location is always very good with my mom. Mom has Alzheimer's and can be difficult at times, Carrie is gentle and respectful. I'm grateful she's here for mom. Thanks Carrie!
