“I had the best experience in this store! Very kind and knowledgeable shop owner who is happy to help you find what you're looking for. Beautiful displays of unique inventory that would take hours to go through. I feel like I could come back 10 times and still find new things to appreciate! Also loved how organized and detailed the shop was. If you love Virgo energy this place is for you ;-)”
“Super friendly and a wonderful family atmosphere. The back gaming table room is really a dream. My kiddos are really nor great at "library quiet" so we have a place to come and game, where it's not as disruptive to others studying. Super understanding staff concerning special needs adults or children.”
“I raced in shortly before closing, they were out of the size hook I needed but they found me an alternative that would work, had a coupon I could use, and I was back out the door in minutes. So helpful!”

“Went to this store first bc SEOs pop it first on the list. This one is more for board games than TCG. The staff was incredible friendly and more talkative than the staff at other location. They were happy to answer any questions and were a delight to hang with compared to the other location whom seemed to steer away from conversation. Some people are just better at chatting but as a store front I hope they are getting paid more than the peeps at other location. Store is very clean and inviting. A little bit packed with product which made it a little rough for a person with adhd to look around without feeling overwhelmed but that’s a me issue lol”
“My 8 year old daughter and I were there this afternoon and my daughter had a very specific item she was looking for - and with minimal description to go off of. The assistant manager ((I wasn’t able to see her name, but her name tag indicated she was an assistant mgr)) went finding a needle in a haystack for us. Even after we thought all had been exhausted and had parted ways. The gal tracked us back down in the store - she had went above and beyond and found the item my kiddo was so excited to get. My daughter said it ‘must have been her lucky day’ the lady found it for her. ~ Thank you, from an appreciative momma!”
“Solid store.. HUGE. Love to see a store in the nerd world supplying jobs for the community. I did a full walkthrough of the store and inquired about multiple things including trade ins for in-store credit vs cash. I traded in a few things just to see their process. They did not offer an invoice showing exact prices for the cards and told me that they’d only be able to give my 55% in store credit value with no budge. Most shops I visit around the country (even much smaller ones) will offer 70-75% credit value so I do not recommend this as a location to get in store credit for your cards unless you’re in a bind. This is a great downfall of this establishment especially for in store credit if I plan to use the money to buy more product with them. The staff seemed friendly enough and even let me put my bike inside since they do not have a place to lock bikes up in this shopping center. Clean, organized, and has a huge tournament room separate from the rest of the store.”

“I’ve gotten all sorts of stuff from this place and it’s always been great quality and amazingly priced, I’ve gotten things from here that would usually cost 40$ for like 20$. This store has pretty much become my favorite place to go when I’m downtown. The people who work there are also really cool.”
