“My 8 year old daughter and I were there this afternoon and my daughter had a very specific item she was looking for - and with minimal description to go off of. The assistant manager ((I wasn’t able to see her name, but her name tag indicated she was an assistant mgr)) went finding a needle in a haystack for us. Even after we thought all had been exhausted and had parted ways. The gal tracked us back down in the store - she had went above and beyond and found the item my kiddo was so excited to get. My daughter said it ‘must have been her lucky day’ the lady found it for her. ~ Thank you, from an appreciative momma!”

“I've purchased several things from 1313 Mockingbird, but this last time I ran into an issue. Due to a factory error, a toy simply wouldn't go together the way it should. I called the manufacturer who did nothing and then reached out to the staff at 1313.
The owner made sure that I was taken care of, to his own detriment. We had to take the part from another toy that he has to go through the hassle of returning.
I greatly appreciate the customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them to any and all collectors. It's a damn good store”
