This is the type of personalized service that you can only get by working with a small, family-owned business. It's what keeps me devoted to this pharmacy. The staff is always on on top of things, friendly and I have never been sorry that I've sidestepped the big box, corporate owned pharmacies. Recently, there’s been a nationwide shortage of my prescription medicine. I’ve spent hours calling all over Lawrence to try and find a pharmacy that has it in stock and then go through the hassle of contacting my doctor to transfer my prescription. It’s been terrible trying to navigate it all until I transferred to Jayhawk Pharmacy. They will personally call me to inform me that my prescription is out of stock and call again as soon as they are able to refill it. No other pharmacy I’ve used does this and it shows how they truly care about each and every one of their customers. Thank you Jayhawk Pharmacy!

Best pharmacy ever. Staff is fast, polite and efficient. You will have your prescriptions in half the time of others around town. The free delivery is amazing and there has never been a line.

I love Jayhawk Pharmacy. My family and I have been using their expertise for about 20 years now. It is a family store that does indeed know your name just as I know theirs. We use the free med boxes that also come with free delivery.
