“After shopping around at a few different jewelers on Mass St. we decided to go with KCJ for so many reasons. We worked with Erica for both our engagement ring and wedding bands. From the beginning Erica was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We decided to design my wedding band and Erica was able to provide endless detail and information on which diamonds may be best for us. She presented multiple options for us to be able to make an informed decision. Throughout the design process she printed a 3D model of the ring so we could better visualize what it would look like. While we were in the production stage she kept us up to date on the timeline and ensured all of our questions were answered. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and solidified for us that we would go back to design our wedding bands. We had a very similar experience with our band creation. Erica provided mockups of what the hand engraving would look like so we could better visualize the process. The end result of our bands was even better than we could imagine. Every experience we have had at KCJ has been outstanding. From the high level of customer service to the quick turnarounds with no impact on the end quality, we just could not be more thrilled. We will continue to go there for years to come.”
