“I had to get a dental crown, and I wanted to have diamonds in it. I had a couple of rings and they were able to verify which ones were and were not authentic diamonds. They also removed the diamonds from the ring setting, so I could have the crown made. I really appreciate their help, and the crown came out great! (To be clear, they did not make the crown, they just helped me get the diamonds for it)”
“I went to Heartland, expecting the worst, but Mindy made me feel comfortable and welcome. She took the time to explain how they would be able to help me, which was tremendous. The manager, Korbin, was assisting Mindy, and also took the time to tell me how and why, and what their equipment was looking for. They say 'you can't teach an old dog new tricks', but these two youngsters must not have heard that, because when I left, I had more knowledge, was very comfortable, and confident that I made the right choice.
