I’ve been shopping here all year since I started sewing as a hobby. I’ve been working on a temperature blanket and I ran out of material 2/3 of the way through this year and this store and it’s staff went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I can not sing enough praises for how great this store is! Thank you for helping me find what I needed and getting it to me! Love this store and employees!

Kathi, the mean (very) old lady, made my shopping experience horrible. I am new and don’t entirely know the fabric I need so I asked her for help and all she did was belittle me and tell me I “got what I deserved” for buying felt the day prior for my project.. Then I bring a linen up and tell I her I want 1.75yd and she says quite rudely “I would if you brought me something with 1.75yds.” So then she huffs and puffs all the way back to the linen area and gives me one that has enough.I have been here like 4 other times and the employees were always very kind and helpful… Kathi however was lucky there were many elderly customers at the fabric counter or I would have given her the attitude check she gravely needs.

I have no problem with the store employees. They are always helpful and friendly. My problem is the website! I tried today to order Olfa rotary blades. The website went from First telling me they were not available in the store, so I proceeded to order online was not allowed to use the coupon so later I went into complete my order and the website said there were six available in the store. I called and of course they weren’t there, but the very nice employee open boxes because they had received a truck, but not the blades that I was wanting.
