Meeting & working with Kimberly Williams has been a very positive and educational experience. From our first meeting, through closing & now beyond, Kimberly shared every aspect of buying my new home, always keeping me well-informed & never left out of any decision. She spent a great deal of time educating me on what to expect with the purchase & how to get things accomplished. If you are looking for a real estate agent, you will not be disappointed with Kimberly. First, Kimberly is a genuinely friendly person who cares about you and what you want. She's never pushy and she's honest about what she sees. She will never make you feel guilty, is extremely patient, and will go out of her way to help you find a property. You will appreciate that she responds quickly, she's very well prepared with all the information you need, and she's very organized. Kimberly has a lot of energy which helps her to go above and beyond for her clients present, past, and future. I not only consider her my agent whenever I need one, but also a dear friend. When you can merge these two things together, you know you are dealing with excellence.

You can't go wrong with hiring Kimberly as your real estate agent. She's a terrific human, excellent communicator, and hard worker who goes the extra mile in getting a house ready to sell. She found contractors for us and met with them and ensured they did all the work. She also met with tree services to get our trees trimmed and she helped get rid of the extra junk that our previous renter had left behind. All in all Kimberly is a quality professional, and great friend. We're fortunate to call her a friend and to have had her brokering our deal to sell our house far above what one realtor said they'd list it for. She did her homework and knew how to get the job done.

We had the best experience selling our house in Lawrence with her, she cared about us and what we wanted. She gave us advice when we had any questions and never pushed for something we didn’t wanted, I wish we had meet her when we started buying and selling our past houses. If you ever had a bad experience in the past with other agents, Kimberly is the person to call. She is definitely a Military-Friendly Real Estate Agent!.

Kimberly helped us find the perfect house for our family and advised us on the best price to offer. She met me several times at the last minute to see places due to my crazy schedule. We bought a condo-site unseen-for our daughter, a future graduate student at the University of Kansas, to live in during her time in Lawrence. Though we were KU students ourselves and have lived in Lawrence, we never would have felt comfortable making a large purchase in that manner if it wasn't for Kimberly. From the first moment that we expressed interest, to only hours later when our offer--which she helped us craft--was accepted, she was with us every step of the way. She immediately went to the property, FaceTimed with us, answered every question we had promptly, helped determine what type of offer would be successful in the market, and earned our trust from the get go. In fact, she continued to work with even after the sale when utility companies needed access to the property to help get keys to people, etc. I feel like we've made a friend as well as finding the best agent around. We really lucked out!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Kimberly! She was on top of everything, including scheduling our inspections for us. The seller produced a couple of hiccups in our process, but Kimberly's experience and persistence paid off so that everything worked out as perfectly as it possibly could. Your agent is a critical component to your home buying process and while I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone, I especially recommend her to anyone who might be a little less "versed" in the homebuying process as she will look out for you and make the experience a smooth and painless one!!!

Kimberly is fabulous! First of all she really cares about you and selling your house, it is not a lie. Some realtors are your best friend until they are done working with you, Kimberly actually means it. She is very organized and technologically savvy. She had open houses every other week even when she was out of town.She tells you what to do to make your house look better for buyers to see. She is so well organized that she even organized my refrigerator. I came home one day after an open house and found my pantry and refrigerator much cleaner and better organized than they had been. I finally figured out that she had done it herself. Who does that sort of thing? I wish that she could come here and do the same but Minnesota is a little too far from Lawrence. If you want five star service use Kimberly. She won’t disappoint.
