The slowest gas pumps I've ever used. After the first couple gallons, I decided to time it... 39.4sec per gallon. What in the world. If your vehicle has a big tank, avoid this place like the plague. I drive a hybrid and still took forever. It wasn't just my pump either. The guy beside me had a super slow experience as well. He literally sat back down in his car and played on his phone for a while. Now, normally, I wouldn't make such a big deal about it... But it gets worse. The auto stop didn't engage, so I had gas pouring down the side of my vehicle and onto my shoes. Good thing the pump was so slow or it could have really been a problem. But so I go inside, tell the attendant what happened and ask for a plastic bag to put my shoes in so I don't have to deal with all the gas vapors. "We only have paper," is the response as I stare at the plastic bag they use in their trash bins... So I ask for one of those. Yeah, I'll be avoiding this place going forward.

Management here is horrible. Staff has 0 clue what they are doing. We were charged twice with no return on one of the double charges. When we called we were told to come back for the refund. My son returned to the store to get the refund to which he was told they can’t do refunds and to talk to the store manager. He tried to get her attention to which he was ignored. Then he continued to try and get her attention to be further ignored. My wife then drove up to the store and was also ignored. The female store manager threw all the blame onto her staff and had 0 accountability. It took us calling the Kwik shop in Topeka and their GM calling the Lawrence store to finally get a refund for being double charged. Lack of training lack of leadership and accountability will drive this place into the ground that it’s heading into. Customer service for something so simple is non existent here. Sad but there is 100 other gas stations in Lawrence why they built this huge
One to let it be ran like it is is crazy to me. Go somewhere where they will assist the customer not laugh about them to their friend who isn’t working and just hanging out in the building.

They never had hot chocolate in the winter even the times when I called and asked if they did beforehand and the employee said they did.. but I drove there after and they did not. Now what really made me give 2 stars was that they never make their little 3$ single pizza slices anymore.. I used to love the pizza slices.

I don't eat pork, where are your non pork breakfast items.... oh wait you don't sell any 1 out of 5 if there was a zero id give them that instead. Got me some hashbrowns soggy and disgusting. Don't shop here bad selection

Sorry for the account name. But I was so upset that I had todo this right now. McKenzie the girl at the counter was very rude. And she was paying no attention to the service. I handed her my cash and she was just passive aggressive with every customer including me. She needs to be talked to by management in my opinion

Unprofessional staff. Always on their phones standing behind the register. Products are alway out in the afternoon. Lied multiple times about things being out of stock, and every time I show them where the product is, they say they don’t know how to refill it. Part of the blame if for not properly training them. They also don’t refill the windshield cleaning supplies outside. At least put some water in it. Absolute worst gas station in town. Building looks nice though.

I love this Kwik Shop and it is my primary source for gas, however, the last several times I have been there, they have no window wash fluid or paper towels. And it's ALL the bays! I usually wash my windows every time I get gas. Can this please be fixed?

Worst store I've been in in awhile. My husband used the men's bathroom and said it was filthy, pee on the floor and toiletI went to get a pop and iced teaGot the pop. The tea was see through. I asked the employee at the hot dogs if she could make more tea. Apparently it's not her job. She went and came back and said someone was coming. Waited 5 minutes. Nobody came. I went to the front cashier, she told me to ask the guy at the coffee bar. I asked him if he was making tea. He shrugs his shoulders and says no. Not now. Then goes back to flirting with the girl getting coffee.I went to check out and pay for the pop, and the cashier was kind and gave us the pop.Pretty disappointing.
