Bought a car for what I thought was a good price. Didn't pull the trigger on the first day went back the day and they jacked the price way up and pretty much forced me to sign papers. Now the people that the loan goes through are not nice matches this company forceful and rude. Stay clear of this dealer.

Cowan (salesman), Morgan (GSM), and Thad (finance) were an excellent team to work with yesterday. They were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy from start to finish. Good staff! No stress shopping experience. Brett was really good at communicating, was friendly, professional, and fun to work with on my truck. Staff took care of my needs and did a nice job of following up on a couple of concerns I had about my Nissan. Gave me a very fair trade on my Toyota. I would purchase from them again but would not do the $1000 incentive to finance. Would pay cash. Thank you!

Fabian was kind and helped me with buying a car. I want to give him five stars. However, the dealership told me they had the car I wanted, but when I got there, it wasn’t available. In the finance department, they also pressured me to buy an extra warranty, and when I said I didn’t want it, they showed displeasure.

I like you guys a lot but I'm pretty sure you've forgotten to fill my oil after service a couple times now. My engine rattle was a big clue. I'd rather not have to rebuild it because someone forgot to put oil back in.

We’ve bought multiple vehicles from Laird Noller and each time we’ve had a wonderful experience. Dalton was our salesperson this last time and he did an excellent job! He is knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions! I don’t live in Lawrence but I make the drive to take my vehicle to the Laird Noller service department. The service department does a great job and the guys are always friendly.

My overall purchase process was fine. All very friendly people. I was told that the Ranger I was buying did not have Remote Start so right away I set up an appointment with a 3rd party company to have it added; however, in setting up some of the features via the display I found that all I needed for Remote Start was the Ford App. Thankfully I found out soon enough to cancel my appointment (saving me about $700).

Legitimately the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They did FIVE hard inquiries on my credit, when I only gave them permission to do ONE. Then when I brought this to their attention, they said they’d contact the credit bureaus & fix their mistake, but never did. Then they just stopped taking my calls. This place is just a bunch of stereotypical, sleazy used car salesmen. Also, you can ignore the listed prices, because they add THOUSANDS of dollars in ridiculous fees to every sale. This place is an absolute joke. If zero stars was an option, I’d give them that.
