š£ Public Service Announcement: Midcoās Billing System Feels Like a Trap š£
Iāve kept quiet for months, but enough is enough.
If you have Midco, or are thinking about getting their serviceāplease read this. One late payment back in 2024 has turned into a nonstop cycle of high bills and late fees. My monthly charges have been over $400, not because Iām stacking up servicesābut because of how their billing is set up.
Hereās whatās happening:
They bill you for the next month before the current one is due.
If you donāt pay the full amount in time (even if itās just a few days off), you get a $10 late fee.
That fee stacks with the next bill, creating a rolling debt trap.
When I asked for help, all they offered was a $10 credit after months of overcharges. No adjustment plan. No flexibility. Just policy talk.
Iāve paid hundreds trying to keep up with their setupāand now Iām warning others. If this has happened to you, letās talk. Iām not just ventingāIām about to go to the BBB and the Attorney General. Tired of companies taking advantage of loyal customers.

Iāve been dealing with Midco for almost a year now, and I have to speak up.
Back in late 2024, I made one late payment. Since then, my bills have been $400+ every month because of how they structure their billing. They stack new bills before the last one is even paid, then hit you with late fees over and over, making it almost impossible to catch up.
I tried to explain my situation and work something out with themāthey offered me a $10 credit and acted like that was doing me a favor. Meanwhile, Iāve paid over $1,500 in what feels like predatory charges.
Customer service was quick to respond until I asked for real help. Then they went silent. Itās like they expect customers to drown in the system.
If youāre with Midco or thinking about itācheck your bills carefully. And if anyone else has dealt with this, drop a comment. Iām not letting this slide. Enough is enough
> Iām about to file with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General if they donāt fix this soon. Not playing with my money.

Iāve been overcharged for months by Midco due to how they structure billing. A single late payment from 2024 led to nonstop late fees, double billing, and no flexibility to get caught up. When I asked for help, they offered just $10 backāon over $1,500 in questionable charges. Midcoās billing cycle is predatory, and the support team stopped being responsive once I asked for real solutions. Watch out before you sign up.

Old router got replaced and the new one is garbage in comparison. But don't worry they will sell you the fix for the problem they created. Can't wait for a different provider to make it out this way

Midco was able to assign a technician and resolve my issue within 24 hours. My Technician John was superb! He went above and beyond. I hope this gets back to him.

Service is constantly in and out. There are constant repairs being done brings everyoneās internet down for the entire day. Wouldnāt recommend for the price they charge.

I have the low star rating due to Midco management and the installer. Midco called us stating they needed to come out and upgrade our system to digital. After being at our house for 4 hours, he installer left the pictured mess in our yard and wasn't sure when someone could come out to trench our yard and bury this line. Tried to call management to get a firm date on when this was to be taken care of. A week has passed and no call from a manager. Customer service told me to bury the line, wewould have to get in line. We didn't ask for this mess but we have to wait in line to get it fixed?? Plus when they do, they will have to destroy my yard?? We have been Midco customers for over 15 years and this is how they treat you. Go somewhere else for service. I know we are thinking about switching ourselves.

How do such companies even exist in the 21st century? They are so incompetent, a complicated company, you will only lose your nerves with them, it is better not to get involved, I hope they will close this office soon

Excellent Customer Service. Doesnāt seem like Iām talking to someone from India that likes to tell me how they are about my experience. Took two minutes to get my issue resolved. No unnecessary jargon.

I work from home and have constant connection issues. Almost impossible to stay on a call. They recently did an update on the box outside our apartment unit that made things worse if anything.
Edit to review months later: I still have persisting issues. I don't even know how you charge money for this.
