Usually good service. Unfortunately, sat at drive through because clerk kept tending to walk in customers rather than switching over. I probably should have pulled around and went into lobby. Only time I felt dismissed there though.

Not for this location but as a over all, do not get loans through them, we have been getting loans through them to build a line of credit so we can buy a home and it has completely screwed is , they didn't report any of our payments to equifax and now we can't even qualify for a credit card , even with good credit and payment history, all because that fico is missing, do not use them, this has put us in a very bad spot, as we have 2 small children and we are trying to get a home so we can get out of the dangerous town we are in. 4 years of loans and perfect history just down the drainall because if them not reporting it like they where supposed too.

This credit union absolutely will brute force through any charge that you've signed up through for a monthly service such as Ring. Even if opting out of overdraft they will still force that charge through and then charge you the 'poverty tax' overdraft protection. There is no other option to sign up for service than to put your debit card in. I would rather have that charged declined and then get an email so I can move funds into the account then to automatically have to pay that poverty tax, especially when it comes to services that are necessities or for personal safety.Amy Gates, the branch manager is rude and will interrupt you while you are trying to speak. She doesn't keep track of the things you are saying when you speak, and uses her ignorance as an excuse to not accommodate a reasonable reques. such as spelling something phonetically for someone who is hard of hearing even if it's over the telephone which makes things even more difficult. Not only that she has ZERO remorse when you point out to her that this is ableist behavior.I thought that when I left banks I would go into a financial institution that was more fair and community-minded, but my experience with this main street branch is the community here is high scool. If I'm still going to be charged exorbitant poverty taxes I at least would like some professionalism, after all I'm being charged for it.

Amy was very helpful with my accounts. Not only did she open two accounts, she also updated details on the existing accounts.

I had confusion with the Kansas Department of Revenue because of two accounts having the same "end numbers." This caused two overdrafts. The lovely woman on the help line understood that I had acted in good faith in paying the account, and refunded the overdraft charges in full. ( The state people were also kind when I tried to fix this situation. They also refunded their fee!) I surely felt better at the end of the day than I had when it started out! Thankyou, dear phone person, who I think was named Patty, and I hope it right, and I hope it's okay if I name her, for your understanding and assistance. I couldn't have asked for more, to be sure!

Honestly, I have never had a bank that's been so amazing, caring, kind and willing to help those in a financial bind. I'm thankful for Sarah Humphrey and Dustin McDonald. You both are beyond appreciated.

The lady's working there was awsome I came in a little late close to 530 I felt so bad for keeping them over but they didn't care helped me out about showed me how to use the app I couldn't figure out after recent changes and didn't know anything about thanks again great job

Everyone was fast and friendly. No problem with service getting a new account open. The problem for me was having to make an appointment to open an account. That seemed odd to me . Letting me leave and assuming I would go home make an appointment to come back another day rather than just go to another bank or credit union which I would have done if it wasn't a work related reason that I came to Main street.
