This was my mothers pharmacy and made it a family pharmacy once she had children and now I use them for my children and I and I’m 33.. I’ve been here for years!! Marvin is awesome as all the staff are.. Marvin helps with medication prices if necessary, he WILL make sure you get them meds especially if they’re important.. I absolutely recommend medical arts to anyone looking for a pharmacy family and warm welcoming!! Thank you all for all that you do!!

Long story short I told the Pharmacist that I was not happy how they were running things lately and that this would be the last time I do business there. He got mad and yelled at me saying I was the problem. He did this in front of my 9 year old son who was standing right there. The medication I was picking up was for him. The Pharmacist will be reported. If he thinks his customers are the problem then he needs to go into another line of work where customer service isnt necessary.

BEWARE!!! Called and refilled prescriptions. Went more then 24 hrs later and I still had to wait 20 min for them to fill meds. I brought my questions up to the Pharmacist just asking how they do things. He wasn't giving me a direct answer so I told him this would be the last time I would do business with them and he got mad and yelled at me that I was the problem. He is being reported to the Board of KS. In order to run a pharmacy you have to have customers lol. And treating people this way is not acceptable especially children!! This medicine was for my 9yr old son who was standing right there.

Young Pharmacist gets mad and yells at a mother who is picking up medicine for her 9 yr old son who is standing next to her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Pharmacist can't treat people like that and expect to continue practicing!!

I'm a physician who has sent many patients to get their prescriptions filled at Medical Arts Pharmacy because they have some of the best (cheapest) prices of any pharmacies in the Lawrence, KS area. I have also used them myself and have found the owner and other Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful and to answer any questions you may have. Definitely Top Rated!
