“I have been buying from Criticare for several years, including two different types of crutches and a C-pap machine, a compression sleeve, and even some unusual underwear. Criticare has ALWAYS done a wonderful job in explaining things, and answering even the most minor of my questions in a kind manner, and providing great items. When there was too much condensation on my C-pap mask, a staff person told me to cover the tubing so the air conditioning in the room didn't cool it down, and the suggestion worked like a charm. When I couldn't get a replacement C-pap mask removed from off the plastic material that held it in place in the box, Criticare went and got a similar mask from the back room and "walked me through it." On another occasion, that man in the back room explained the same thing twice to me about the C-pap, and he didn't even bat an eye that I didn't take it all in the first time. When I was going on a trip, Criticare helped me get a "travel C-Pap machine." I also was pleased to buy a beautiful purple crutch there with butterflies on it, that many many people complimented at my job. I have been extremely pleased with Criticare, and Lawrence is lucky to have Criticare here.”
