“Sew Forth Alterations nailed it for me. I had a large Christmas blow up figure of a van, worth $100, that got ripped up in high winds. I almost threw it away until I wondered if it could be sewn up. It was worth a try so I took it to Sew Forth. At first I was on the verge of being turned away, but I talked them into trying to sew it up. I was willing to pay them for their troubles even if they couldn't fix it. They were skeptical, but willing to give it a try. I think they discovered their skills were better than they thought. They can now add blow ups to their menu of fixables. I was very impressed. I felt they didn't charge me enough and had them add a little more to the bill. It was worth it to me.”

“I took an American Hat Company cowboy hat that was 40 years old into the Barn. It was in sad shape! The completely cleaned and shaped it to look brand new! No charge! Great customer service IMHO!”

“After my Kohl's account was deactivated after 20+ years of use; I happened to stop in my local Kohl's to look at some shirts for sale. Only after I inquired after my Kohl's account was deactivated as to why; I was told because of inactivity on my account. A much more proactive way would have been to give me a 40% coupon with a "Haven't seen you for awhile" note or even a Get Well joke card.”
