Can’t leave a call back phone number because you have to punch 1 to do that. Then the 1 stays on your phone and becomes part of the phone number you are trying to leave and makes your number invalid. This system sucks. We have a large

I’ll preface this by saying I worked at Meritrust for two years, but I love this credit union. The mobile app and online banking are easy to use. Great savings deposit rates. Great checking account options. I’ve both worked and banked at other financial institutions and Meritrust is still my #1.

Would be great if we could get another branch out here on the East side of town in Lawrence. Its a 35 minute drive now for me and with gas prices that stings a bit. Other than that great bank and love it, But might have to change banks dew to how far it is from me now.
