Midsize craft store with a reasonable selection. They have better prices than Wonder on some of the fancy or specialty items but if you’re just buying basics then Walmart is cheaper still. The Topeka Michaels has more selection.

Karen mode engaged- The embroidery floss is never stocked. So I only go to Hobby Lobby because they always have the floss I need. Their floss is always stocked. Someone gave me a gift card to Michael’s. So I go in to use it. As per usual- only a quarter of the floss is stocked. I could have used my card on something else but I just left. Will probably never use it bc I won’t be back. I will spend my money at Hobby Lobby. I go in for floss and leave with a full cart because of everything that catches my eye. Michael’s is a let down every time.

I had an outstanding experience at Michael's thanks to exceptional customer service, particularly from employee Daren. From diligently stocking shelves to guiding me to my item at the front of the store, Daren's dedication was evident. Even when the checkout line began to build up, he promptly stepped in to assist, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. Because of Daren's exemplary service, I'll certainly be returning to this Michael's location for all my craft needs.

It feels like a more corporate Joanne's. The selection can be decent on yarn, however the atmosphere is one of get your stuff and get out. While I don't like their in person shopping, I 100% recommend their online pickup service, it's quick and efficient, and I have never had an issue with an order.

Wanted to exchange a black photo album for another black photo album, same price but different style but they wouldn't help and were a little rude about it. I bought the photo albums on sale and used a coupon, don't want to pay full price for another one. I will be shopping some place else.
