Took in computer for recovery of pictures on it after son spilt water on it. They were able to retrieve them and that's all I cared about.

Again MICROTEK provided outstanding, prompt and reasonably priced service for now 94 year old Mom who lives on her computer 10 hours a day. June and her family all appreciate and thank you for the care and concern you show to your customers. Highly recommend this company that's easily accessible on 41 in Venice or available for house calls.

Whatever you do, do NOT accept a position at this business unless you're expecting something better within a month or two. They advertise one wage but hire you at another, with the understanding that after a "probationary period" of three months you'll get the advertised wage and benefits. They will fire/lay you off right before your probationary period ends due to a "lack of work," then repeat the process with someone else. Beware!

Two companies are within the same building. One is called Microtech Computers and the other is called Atipa. The employees actually work for both entities since both companies are owned by family members. The turnover rate is very high at this place. Many individuals get fired or leave for better prospects. One needs to think twice before accepting a position here. There is no job security.
