She did an excellent job. She really took her time to give me exactly what I wanted. I have had a hard time finding a nail salon that I like in the area, but I’m so glad to have stumbled upon this place. I will return. 💅🏻😍

This place is so hit or miss, some of the nail tech are fantastic and do great work and some of them won’t listen to you at all. I had to ask them to do my cuticles multiple times and they’d say “sure thing” and they would just never do it until I figured out that I had to say “I’ll pay extra for you to do my cuticles.” Then they started doing them. Tried to be loyal to this place, I loved Katie and the guy who is fluent in English who usually sits at the front but the last time I went in there will be the last time I ever step foot in this salon. The older man doing my soak off made me feel extremely anxious and tense, to the point that I had to take my anxiety meds halfway through and he ground down my natural nail beds with the metal Dremel so much that my nails were in pain for 3 days after as opposed to scraping off the bottom layer of acrylic like he should have done to preserve the integrity of my nailbeds. I don’t usually mind when my nail techs don’t speak very good English, but I was so uncomfortable with him that after the soak off I asked if the lady who was in the shop at the time if she could be the one to put on my new set because she had done my nails before, and I was a little bit more comfortable with her. I have trauma regarding men in general and said I would tip them both well separately. Everyone seemed annoyed and angry at this request, my bad, I thought I was paying for a luxury service and deserved a luxury experience. After switching over to the female nail tech, she proceeded to use the Dremel some more to cut off my cuticles instead of cutting them off properly, which caused me even more pain after having them sawed down by the guy before. Which is wild considering that I have to pay an extra $10 to have my cuticles cut off when that should be part of the service in the first place. I’ve since taught myself to cut my own cuticles due to this. My nails had practically no Apex, and overall even tho the nails looked alright after, I was in pain for three days following this appointment and I will never be back, which is unfortunate because I liked going there.

Im not usually a complainer but I have never had nails so bad that i feel the need to make a review. I got a full set with design today and typically don't come here. They. Are. Horrible. I almost asked her to just stop. Not worth the money at all.

This was the worst experience I have had. I have been going here for a while. The gentleman who provided the service kept trying to convince me to get something I did not want. He kept saying the powder was better, and I requested gel.
He refused to fix my broken nail. I had to ask him for glue to apply. He said he couldn't fix it. I have had nail repairs there before. At my previous visit, the nail tech was more than happy to fix it for me. He just refused to do it. He was not accommodating and rude. Lost a loyal customer.

Amazing customer service. I wanted some cute designs and the nail tech did a great job. I showed her a picture for inspiration and she did it exactly how the picture was. Great job 👏
