We had some troubles with a tool and our battery. The employees were very helpful with the battery warranty. Steve gave us really helpful advice and helped us shave down our tool to fit our car. Thank you Steve and Napa!!

Went in for an oring failure on a coolant temp sensor for my blue oval ranger. The team working today was amazing. They listened to my issue and fixed me up with a good proper fit replacement sensor and oring. FoRd wants $70 for the same $15 part.
