This is the best place to go. Within an hour of calling, they had a storage unit ready. In the pouring rain, the man helped my boyfriend. It's super easygoing, fast acting, and affordable. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I will always recommend Parkway Storage.

Only needed a unit for 2 months. Took my belongings out at the end of June 2023 and now mid July and I still haven't received my deposit back and good luck trying to reach Pete because the office is closed 90% of the time and he never answers the business phone.. Unless you need long term storage I definitely would not recommend using Parkway Storage!!

Parking lot is a muddy mess and keeps getting worse. I and others have been complaining for over 6months and Pete just doesn't care. There is a huge mudhole right as you pull in on north side. Would not recommend this place.

Beware of “Sneaky Pete” and his forked tongue. Stored my kids clothes and childhood heirlooms in Pete’s facility and had to throw most of it out due to water damage and insect and rodent infestation after only 2 months. Pete promised to “make everything right” but ended up giving us the shaft. DO NOT trust this guy. You are better off taking your property and storing it outdoors

It's not climate controlled but Parkway's owner Pete is awesome and it's a great option if climate control is not something that you need.
