The groomers take their time, ask questions about the pet's needs, and walk owners through all the options, making both pets and owners feel safe and comfortable. The facility is really clean, and the experience is stress-free. They also offer a self-wash service. Pets leave looking amazing and smelling good. My wife and I took our dogs there for the first time today and it went great....a great service to have and the two young ladies that work there couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful...Thank you both for the great experience that our dogs had...Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent grooming experience with Cayli! I brought in a cranky, elderly Westie in desperate need of grooming -- not his favorite activity, to say the least.
