Pearson's Collision is absolutely fantastic! My out of state student unfortunately had a run-in with a deer. Being so far away, we were worried about her, but Pearson's Collision stepped up and took excellent care of her and her car.
They were incredibly kind and communicated clearly and frequently, not only with my daughter but also with us, her parents. The repair work was done quickly, and the price was very fair – they even went the extra mile to save us money on parts!
We truly appreciated their honesty and the peace of mind they provided during a stressful situation. We highly recommend Pearson's Collision to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto body work. Thank you so much!

As you can see, CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent at this place!! I was told I had to have an APPOINTMENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE! Then to PILE ON, I was informed it would be AT LEAST A WEEK!I said NO THANK YOU as I went out the door as rapidly as possible!!

I am reading a lot of positive reviews regarding this company. Sorry, but I had a little different experience. I have no complaints regarding their quality of work. However, I secured an estimate for some minor damage to my car. I was told that if any hidden damage was found, affecting the repair costs they would contact me. I called twice to inquire about the progress on my car of about a week and a half and was given a time of completion. When I went in to pick up my car and pay my bill I was told that due to some hidden damage, they had to put in another 6 hours of labor which added $400.00 to my estimated cost. No one mentioned this even when I called to talk to them twice. When I reflect on how all of this played out I have a couple of thoughts. 1) there was no hidden damage and this was just their business routine. For the record, I didn't buy your story, as I looked the car over well and removed panels to see the damage myself before I brought it in. 2.) They don't do what they say they will do, by not notifying me regarding the additional costs. So I won't be using or recommending your collision repair business going forward. And your extra-large German Sheppard dog in the office is nothing more than veiled intimidation he's not helping business.

Had the bumper of my van ripped off in an accident. Pearson got us in quickly for an estimate and were able to schedule us before any other place around town. They were easy to communicate with and did a great job! The day after I picked the car up I noticed the headlight was out on one side. I called them the next morning and I was able to bring the car in that same day and they fixed it for me. So pleased with the customer service and great work done by Pearson. Thank you!
