One of the employees (lucy) had terribly bad breath. I walked the whole store for 10 minutes looking for help and then when I finally found her (sitting down) I regretted it. I could hardly breath while she talked rudely to me about how she wouldn't walk to the back room to see about an item that was out of stock on the shelf. This was because she "knew they didnt have anymore". I'll never go here again and neither should you.

I’m not really one to leave reviews, but my experience here was ridiculous.
Need help finding something? Well good luck! I spent maybe 10 mins trying to find a worker, no luck. I poked my head into a wide open door where a worker might be, and called out “hello?”. I didn’t even walk back there, but here comes a worker! She got so upset even thinking i was trying to go back there…yall hiding the krabby patty formula or something? I proceeded to tell her i’ve been needing help and was just seeing if another soul was even there. She helped me, with an attitude. As i was about to check out she’s up at the register gossiping to her “manager?” Made me very uncomfortable when i didn’t do anything but try and get food for my cat. I hope you remember you guys work at a pet store in your 30s…that was your choice. Don’t project your poor life decisions onto your paying customers. #petsmartforthewin

Although they have affordable pet supplies comparatively, the care put into the animals there is lacking and confined, a common issue among pet stores.

They are ok, not my favorite I wouldn't recommend buying live pets. On more than one occasion I have experienced a pet not doing well the same night I purchased it from this store. Never a problem at PetSmart or Pet World!
Other than their 1$ a gallon tank sale once in a while I don't have much good to say other than the staff is usually mostly friendly.
