I’ve been looking at this cat for a week at this store and finally made a day to go get him just to be told that I have to make a next day appointment to even see him due to short staff and to control impulse buyers?
I have two small children and only have so much time in the week that works to sit down and do paper work. I tried to come back that day but was told it had to be scheduled on a different day. Stupid rule! Missed opportunity for that cat to get a home that day. Good job

My wife and I are disappointed in the customer service of the grooming department. We like to spend money on our pets but we won't be returning to this PetSmart location.

Erin is an outstanding groomer, there’s truly no one like her! She’s been grooming my dog for 5 years, and every single visit she is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. My dog adores her & always leaves happy!

These groomers are not pet professionals. They are petty and play along with slander. It is not advised to get your pet groomed at this facility. They get one star because there is a toy one of my dogs likes that they sell. That's all.

Very disappointed with the grooming facility. The store is ok. I had an appointment for tomorrow and they canceled because I mentioned ticks (he does not have one tick) and he is on Brevecto. We have visited a vet. I dont recomend this place for grooming. I offered to take him there and show them. They didn't want to see. I will most likely will take him there anyways while I do my shopping. Its not a problem. I got a new appointment for him at another groomer who actually knows what thier doing. All good and I wont consider grooming at petsmart anymore. It's not hard to find a good professional groomer. ?

Don't go to the Bauer Farms location! I went to buy a couple of gold fish and this lady starts asking me all these questions that I shouldn't have answered and had never had to answer before. However, when I said my tank was 15 gal, the lady tells me she can't sell them to me because it's too small. Even though they have 50-100 of the fish crammed into a 10 gal tank. Total contradiction! She then initially tries to steer me to other fish that are over $10 per fish, and I say "no, i just want these fish here" that wouldn't even total $1 for all of them. Then she says you would have to buy a bigger tank if I wanted to buy the fish. Naturally my son and I just walked out and said "we won't be back" to that location in west Lawrence. When we got into our truck my 7yr old son says and I quote "that lady tried to scam you". It's sad and hilarious at the same time that a little kid could see how disgustingly blatant she was when trying to push her agenda. The intrusive behavior borders on illegal practices that goes against your civil rights pertaining to your personal privacy. So if you don't want your civil rights violated and be potentially scammed, then avoid this location.
