If I could give this company negative stars I would. I pay monthly for insurance to cover my mobile phones and when I filed a claim, which I am still fighting to get processed, I get lied to and taken around in circles. I filed a claim on November 30th and still haven't gotten a resolution and representatives that I speak with lie to me when they say they will call me back. No one ever does. DO NOT GET THIUS INSURANCE. It is a waste of money.

I went in thinking my charging port was broken. After looking at my phone for only a few seconds they told me it was fine and it just needed to be cleaned out as some pocket lint got trapped in the port. After another minute to clean it out and check to make sure it worked. They gave me back my phone and told me it was good to go. When asked if I needed to pay anything they told me that I did not need to pay anything. It's rare to find people so honest. They will have my buisness for life. Highly recommend them for any repairs.

Okay so we came in today. And we're met with a balding man with long hair. (Ironic right?). He tells us the ONLY way to fix the phone is to replace the screen for roughly 150 dollars. We check other places for a cheaper rate and shockingly another place only charged $105. And I don't know about you but I simply don't have the money to waste 45 dollars when I could be paying a cheaper rate. Save your money and check prices at different repair centers

I visited here to repair the broken glass. They replaced it, and after about a week, the glass went cracked without any physical damage. I asked for another repair. No response for about 10 days. I called again and they said they cannot fix it because they cannot get the necessary parts, recommending me sending it to Samsung. They returned the device to me, but it does not turn on again. I am unable to back up the data, while I need to ship it for repair soon. The back panel was not sealed, so it's like garbage now. Ha.... Why did they open the device when they have no replacement parts? Why did they give the device to me with worsened condition? What a total mess...

I had a charger emergency when it snapped and got stuck in my port. I thought it would be costly to fix, but the gentleman at this place quickly resolved it for free. They were helpful, quick, and not pushy about unnecessary expenses. Highly recommend this place!

Great service. Have cracked my phone screen a couple times and they have been speedy and professional. Recently came in to see if they could figure out what was wrong with my laptop, it was a quick fix that they spotted right away, explained to me, and then fixed.

The dude was really nice and gave me a reasonable price on fixing a broken screen (though screen replacements are really expensive). When scheduling an appointment online, it stated that the repair could be done in a couple hours, but was surprised when the technician said it wouldn't be done until the next day. I understand the reasoning was because of short staff and that nothing could be done, but I was just a little surprised.

I cannot contain my excitement about the fantastic service I received from Chris! My iPhone's charging port was acting up, and I was worried about how long it would take to get it fixed. But Chris worked his magic and had my phone charging like new in mere minutes.What impressed me even more was the challenging situation at the store today. They were severely understaffed, and there was a line of frustrated customers, but Chris remained cool, calm, and collected throughout. He managed to handle everyone's needs efficiently and with a smile on his face.Chris's expertise and dedication to his work are truly incredible. He not only fixed my phone quickly but also made sure everyone else got the assistance they needed. It's rare to find someone who can excel under pressure like that.I can't thank Chris enough for his outstanding service. If you ever find yourself in need of a tech wizard who can work wonders with your devices, Chris is the person to see. His skills and customer service are top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Kudos to Chris for a job well done!

The only reason my experience wasn’t perfect is because, even though I had an appointment, I had to wait in line behind walk-ins before I was helped at the desk. Otherwise my experience was excellent and I was impressed by my observations of the man behind the desk and how he provided customer service to the other patrons

Store Personnel were great! They were consistent in their advice and quick in their actions to return me to operation (as opposed to the Asurion Personnel).Having submitted three (3) claims now, I am glad that I have the Asurion Home + insurance. Not all interactions were smooth, but that is to be expected to a certain extent. But again, my local UBreakIFix Shop were superb.Thanks

Every employee in the store today was exceptional! It would be nice if every store had their customer service and expertise! They really mean you will be in and out of there within two hours if you need your cell phone repaired. I will never go anywhere else after today's experience. Thank-you for caring about your customers and putting them first!

Took my Samsung A13 in that was under warranty. It was stuck in a restart loop. After it had loaded, I would enter my unlock PIN, and after a short starting device note on screen, it would immediately restart itself. I took it to UbreakIFix from the recommendation of Samsung support. I live in Topeka, so I had to commute to Lawrnece. After about 2 hours. they call saying they can't fix it and that it needs to be sent into Samsung for factory reset. I head back to the store after enjoying L-Town and Mass for a bit. When I arrive, the phone no longer tries to boot at all, stuck in an error message. Also, my OtterBox case had a new chip broken off the corner of the plastic part that was not there upon drop off. Overall my experience was very sour and I would hate to have to do business with that store in the future and would not recommend to others, but it's the only Samsung warranty repair store in the area. The staff wasn't horrible but not too friendly either and didn't even acknowledge the broken case, or apologize for making my situation worse. Should have mailed the device into Samsung in the beginning...

Came in to replace the back glass and the battery of a phone, told me to come back in three hours to pick up my phone.Came back after three hours and everything looked fine however the phone failed some internal test they've done, so rather than fixing whatever caused the test to fail or letting me keep the current the repair, they told me to wait for what felt like an hour as they removed the new replacement battery and back glass and hastily replaced it with my old battery and broken back glass. The gap between the hastily placed broken back glass and body was large enough to shove a quarter into with ease where as before the repair it was basically flush. At least I didn't have to pay anything for the.They told me to send it to a different repair shop called CPR, of which they promptly gave me a botched the repair.Don't go here nor CPR Lawrence. If anything learn to repair it yourself or find someone else.
