I would give more stars if I could. Ashley has been taking care of our dog for over 10 years. Ashley is very patient with her and does a tremendous job! Absolutely.....the best place in the Midwest. Our dog is not the easiest dog to groom.

We actually really loved the service that we had here and would've loved to continue. Our puppy was safe and well taken care of.When I tried to call/text to set up the second service, I left multiple voicemails and text messages over a few weeks and they were never returned. While it isn't necessary for us to get in immediately, I would hope for at least a call back or text even just informing me they were booked and to schedule out later.

Owner makes appointment but shows up 20-30 minutes late or not at all! I had her do that 3 times to me, I planned my day around her and she couldn’t even show up or call me.

If we could give a ZERO Star we would. Scheduled appointment and groomer did not show. Waited 10 minutes, groomer still did not show. Sent text with no response. Called with no response. This is the second occurrence with appointment and groomer did not show.

Made and appointment to get two Persian cats groomed, indicating that I wanted every service they offered (which includes bathing). When I picked the cats up, they had not been washed, but instead just brushed and clipped in parts. The staff then said that they only wash cats upon request (apparently mine for ‘all services’ was too generic). I walked out paying more that one-hundred dollars for an effect I could have achieved at home. Do not recommend.

The service is GREAT and our cat was in and out in an hour. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they are impossible to get ahold of, the phone is never answered at all. But for service, a 5 star rating for sure.

Was able to get my puppy in very quickly for an appointment. I wanted my 3 month old mini golden doodle to get acquainted with the groomer and they took it slow with her! It’s a very small place, so if your dog doesn’t do well with lots of other dogs barking at a bigger groomer, this place is best for you! The only downside to that is that you’ll have to drop everything to pick up your dog from them by 30 minutes after they call you or else you’ll have to pay a fee.

I have a long haired cat who sheds continually this is the only place I know of in lawrence that will give her a mani, pedi, spa and hair style treatment.

When I call to get my dog a hair cut she is always available for me. They do a very good job. Prices are good. I would not go anywhere else. I found my pet gromer.
