“In the past, we've had no issues with a delivery. Recently (in the last month) we put in for a refill order. It was at 20% at that time, now almost a month later we're @ 5% and about to run out. There was a bad cold snap where temps were below freezing for a couple of weeks. The heater has ran constantly. Glad to have heat and our pipes didn't freeze. We've called 3 times since we're not getting a delivery, and get a national representative. They say they will get in touch with with our local office (Lawrence, KS.) and a driver will be out. We had one excuse from the national rep that said a driver couldn't get in the driveway. I'm able to get in and out with my low to the ground front wheel drive car. We don't want to run out!! Please hurry and deliver! We're in rural Leavenworth County.Thank you!Since the last post, I was able to speak with the local representative over the phone then I was able to get the delivery scheduled and delivered a few days later. Hopefully this will only be a one time event with Pinnacle. I changed the star rating to 4. Thank you Pinnacle for addressing issue of delayed delivery and coming through as you said you would.”
