My son rented a storage unit for two months. 3 days after paying he tried to cancel because he no longer needed the storage unit. He was initially told that they would refund his credit card. He paid $161.85 for two months. They refunded him $21.85 for a lock fee. After he was told he would be refunded the money he noticed after a week that he didn't get a refund and then was told that they were not going to refund the money. He called the help desk and was told again that they would not refund his money. This place is not reputable and this is bad business. They could have at least given him one months rent back.

Today we emptied a storage unit for my daughter. Tina was there to answer questions and give advice!! She was fantastic!! She also handed out ice cold water ?!! July 2nd and it was a typical hot humid day in Lawrence!! Tina was great!
