What should have been a $350 fix quickly turned into a >$600 fix when the techs that fixed a headlamp issue decided they would round up the hours for the fix to 2 hours of labor instead of the ~80 minutes or so it should have cost. Additionally, the "shop supplies" I was charged for that ought to have been used essentially amounted to 2 hours worth of electricity for the shop. They charged $85. To make it even better, my front driver side exterior door handle broke within 2 hours of taking it out of the shop. Would they take accountability for this? No, of course not--but they'd happily charge me 3 more hours of labor and hit me with another outrageous bill for somewhere in the neighborhood of $800. I don't recommend this shop at all. They effectively steal money from the customer. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I fixed the door handle myself. It cost me about $30 with a bit of help. I won't ever be going back to Laird Noller Ford and I recommend whoever is reading this avoids them like the plague. If you've got complaints, they'd be happy to refer you to a 20-something year old service rep who will readily apologize for your grievances--but will they refund you? Don't count on it. Find a more honest establishment to have your auto work done, this place isn't it.

I thought the service was wonderful. I arrived a few minutes earlier my car was immediately taken in at my 2 PM appointment. On my way and I must’ve dropped my glove and someone picked it up and so when I inquired at the front desk it was there so I was very grateful. I was also happy to see that there was hot beverages in the lounge and water, I thought that the gentleman Brennan was quite helpful and in expediting my payment he let me know they appreciate my business. so it was wonderful..

I dropped my truck off on august 21st for an appointment and after roughly four weeks with no word or any form of contact I decided to stop by and check. I was informed that nobody even knew about what was going on with my vehicle. They had a ticket made but nobody had touched it. Two weeks later I finally get a call and word on what’s going on and what needs to be done and I give them the OK. Still no word on if my vehicle is done until I call on October 26th. When I call my vehicle still was not completed but is finally completed on the 27th. I truly feel if I had not contacted them that my truck would still be sitting. I highly recommend not taking any vehicle for anything there. Other people I know have had similar experiences. Absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. Laird Noller is proof that Customer Service is a dying skill. At Laird Noller, it is non-existent. My car was dropped off on Aug. 11, 2023. I finally picked the car up on September 28, 2023. The date is not a typo. Yes 48 days without my car. The problem still existed. I brought a Ford automobile to a Ford Dealership. One would think the mechanics at the service department could fix a Ford problem. They did not. After almost a full 2 months of: "I will get to it, or I have a Tech working on it." I had a very Kind, Bubbly(Scripted Sarcasm) lady call me and tell me to come get my car. I was excited, as I thought it was fixed. She then explained, they would not be fixing it, and the "GREAT NEWS" (again Scripted Sarcasm) I would not be billed for the labor to figure out the problem. This is because they were never able to figure out the problem. During the entire ordeal, the excuses I would get for the car not being looked at were: Someone had an engine replacement, or We needed to install a transmission. I get it! You get more money from someone else, so I do not matter to you. Rest assured, I reviewed some of the comments after this ordeal happened to me, and I will NEVER RECOMMEND or go back to Laird Noller. Oh yes. I had to deal with the previous Service Manager, who took over the Service Manager position in Topeka, and the New Service Manager. Either way, all I can say is AVOID LAIRD NOLLER!

Purchased vehicle from them which was priced fair and quality seems great. They charge a pretty hefty dealer fee $399 and then another $499 fee on top of that which is not an option. The $499 is then added to the total cost of the vehicle and you get to pay taxes on it as well. How about you just provide excellent customer service and don’t charge $499 + tax. On another positive note , the salesperson was up front about the fees before we ever even came in. I just did not expect I would have to pay taxes on it as well ?. Nothing like a $900 fee for a tank of gas and clean car. Most of the other perks to the $499 fee will only prove valuable if my engine and transmission happen to fall apart in 6 months.

I would NEVER recommend the Service Department and I will never go back. My car was left there for about 45 days stating they would work on it…. During that time frame, communication would have been excellent. We called numerous times with no calls being returned. Also, when we were able to get a hold of someone, they would say “we will look at it and call you back”. Well, that never happened! ENOUGH said. Frustrating. After many empty promises, we went somewhere else for needed repairs (with communication)!!

My daughter is an out of state student at KU and when her car was having issues, Laird Noller took care of her by picking up and delivering the vehicle when finished.Laird Noller found the issue with car, fixed it and that was it. No attempt to talk me into anything extra. This was appreciated more than can be expressed.Friendly staff, and were communicative through the entire process.

Today, I purchased my 7th vehicle from Laird Noller in Lawrence. My Sales Consultant, Aaron Foster, came through for me when looking for a used car for my son. I've worked with Aaron before and he's always been helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. 5 Stars all the way around!

It’s been over a month to get my car fixed. It’s “drivable” however if I drive it too much I can ruin the transmission. Zero drive from those that I’m working with to even get me a quote and scheduled.

They got my oil change done quickly but still did a good inspection and kept my car clean. I am very happy with my service

Excellent! Had a breakdown while camping near Lawrence.Repair took 8 hours. They got me in very quickly when I mentioned we were stranded and needed to leave the campground by Sunday. Had the truck back in 3 days. Friday and my birthday! Very fast turnaround for such a busy place. My single complaint , they didn't always answer the phone. They did keep me informed however. On our way home now. So happy the problem was handled without having to wait. Not sure what we would have done.

After several attempts of trying to purchase a car from different dealerships. I gave up. Then one last attempt was made with Laird Noller ford. I kept thinking this is to easy. Something is going to go wrong. It never did. I flew in from out of state. They picked me up. 20 minutes of paper work and what I was promised was delivered. I would highly recommend working with Dylan and his team.Great experience and recommending everyone in the market for a car or truck to give them a try.

I called in, and the lady who answered the phone was rude. I don’t know what kind of service that they run there but I think customer service is being overlooked as it is the most important and crucial point in any business. Once I was transferred to the service department. The service department really had no clue on what to do. This will be the last time that I buy a Ford product which I’ve used Ford for my whole life. I do not recommend going to this location maybe another Ford dealership but not this one as they seem to be too busy and too good to take the time to answer any questions.
