The cigarette prices here are OUT OF CONTROL. They are 40-70 percent higher than any other store. For no reason at all. Why sell them at all if you wont be competitive on pricing.

While on a recent road trip we stopped here for gas. An inexperienced cashier double charged us and didn't know how to properly refund $20. A few days later, still no refund so I called and a manager named GABRIEL quickly looked up the transaction. He apologized and promised he'd call his regional office and for me to expect a gift card in the mail. Thanks so much, Gabriel You're a man of your word. Corey, your Regional Training Manager, mailed the gift card and we received it today.

My friends and I went in probably around 1:30am after a night out and were met with a very suspicious man. Tall worker with a mustache walked us out to our car where the man was and took him away from our car :) shout out tall man with mustache we love you thank you for looking out for us! 🙌

I thought Lawrence was lucky to get a QT. After many trips over the years since it opened I can confidently say that this doesn’t meet Chester’s standards.
It’s just kind of a sad place.

QT is not my favorite place to grab a quick lunch but it's always made fresh and hot and affordable with the QT app! Plus you get $.25 off PER GALLON!!!

Just found a dead fly in my sandwich. I’ve never had a problem with this QuikTrip, but this is a big one. Had to throw the entire thing away. I guess check everything you eat from there.

I like QT but this one has bees swarming the gas pump area, probably due to inadequate trash can servicing.

Katy and Aidan are wonderful! I came in at 3 in the morning to fully stocked taquitos (by the work of Aidan) and received top notch customer service by Katy. I hope they are compensated well for their hard work!

The majority of my experience was great. I order 3 pretzels, 1 grilled cheese and a wrap. The pretzels and grilled cheese were great. However, the tortilla on the wrap was very dry and as hard as a rock in places. It was so dry that one end of it was mutilated just from the employee folding it in place. I took it back in immediately and they made me a new one. While the second tortilla was a little softer, it was far from fresh. It was still mutilated on one end from it being too dry and the lettuce inside was very brown. A waste of over $6.

Got my order wrong then when I called they said said that they would have it remade if I could come back in. The person I talked to was friendly and helpful. The store was packed busy for lunch however it was still clean and fully stocked. I've been here before the made to order food is delicious and fresh if you want a good lunch I'd come here prices are normal. Side note since the store was busy I understand that it was probably a mix up on my order been there before.
