Let me also say, Tanya KNOWS HER STUFF. She knows what price the market will bear, and she won’t encourage a higher selling price than what the market will bear just to get your business. (I actually think that is pretty dang ethical.) A friend of mine made this mistake with a different local realtor who suggested a sky-high selling price; the house just sat for months, in a really hot market.
