Terrible customer service. They wouldn’t call me to tell me the washer and dryer i had previously chose were broken, I had to call them. Then when I ask for things to be corrected the staff started having an attitude and I have the whole thing recorded because of how ridiculous this whole thing is. Very unsatisfied as a first time customer at RAC. Wish someone would’ve warned me about this location prior.

Never had a problem until I get called while on vacation by some lady telling me I’m multiple payments late which I’m not my last payment was the 15th which is my payment date and I was told that they don’t have the ability in their system to set my other payment to the 31st because I get paid the 15th and the last day of every month today is the 30th and I tell them every time and they give me the classic ok we’ll update it in our system and note it down and they never do so today I get called at 8 Am being told that I’m multiple payments late which isn’t true everything is current according to their and my records I’m getting sick and tired of this my payments are no weekly like I was told they are supposed to be but because there are “more months that end on the 30th” they can’t update it in the system DONT CALL ME AND RUIN MY VACATION BECAUSE YOU GUYS CANT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY AND DONT CALL ME AT 8 am ON MY PAYMENT DAY AND TELL ME IM LATE ON PAYMENTS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!! I’m extremely close to contacting the BBB for buisness malpractice.

The General Manger, Marvin at the Lawrence, KS location is phenomenal! We previously had a sheer unprofessional experience from start to finish with Aarons. We were skeptical of utilizing another rent to own company, but we made the right choice with this one! Marvin's crew is ONE MILLION PERCENT a reflection of the type of Manager that he is and we appreciate their spectacular customer service, so much!!Happy, happy customer's.. highly recommend Rent-A-Center of Lawrence,KS

Don't use this rent-a-center! Will sell you used stuff and tell you it is new and when you call them and let them know they bring a replacement that's cheaper than your initial purchase.They send a teenager to hook up your washer and dryer and end up having water throughout your kitchen laundry and bathroom!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They will not work with you at all on payments. We tried to schedule a double payment on my next check and they refuse to do it. They threaten to come get my items as a tool to get me to pay now. This is not how you keep customers. I will NEVER do business with this company again. If I could I would give it 0 stars.
