Chose this pharmacy since it is local and conveniently located. However, they are consistently understaffed, and take several days, almost a week to refill medications, no matter how badly needed. They expect you to take the time to call them to rush along the process. I really wanted to support this business but may have to take my business elsewhere so I no longer end up in withdrawal every month from the length of time it take to fill the prescriptions.

Definitely the cheapest pharmacy I’ve ever been to, even with good insurance. I paid $0 to fill 4 medications here!! Would give them 5 stars if they were open on Sundays and longer on Saturdays. It’s kind of inconvenient for those who live out of town.

Refills stuff you don't ask for, doesn't refill what you requested and does not let you know when your prescription is ready

If I share the details of my experience I'm afraid of the retaliation I will receive. After being told they couldn't fill it I called my insurance to question why if they already filled another med that was still with my old pharmacy. The insurance company was extremely put off that it was actually accepted to fill then canceled as though the customer (me) changed my mind. So, after they heard from my doctor to fill it they returned the doctors call and lied that insurance wouldn't cover it. This is all because they count their days to fill starting the day after you pick your script up. No other pharmacy or insurance does this and because I was having someone picking them up with groceries while I was ill and because I showed the insurance and doctors that they were willing to run and cancel to lie and not give it to me when I needed them and they were actually due, I now have to deal with getting rudeness like I've done something to them by inadvertently exposing what they are willing to do and find acceptable. I was sick they were due and I ended up the bad guy. That's the world now
