Robyn does the best job cutting my hair! I have curly hair that can be tricky, but every time I leave I feel awesome about how my hair looks. Robyn also is very reasonably priced for both haircuts and highlights. I can't say enough good things!

Cassie is fantastic! She completely transformed my hair and I couldn't be happier. Kind of shocked there's only one other review. When I asked her why her prices were so competitive she said: "I'm a real woman catering to real women; real women can't spend hundreds of dollars every time they want their hair done". I'll definitely be going back!

Note: This is a review for KYRA ROUSER. Her phone number is 785 218 2605. Kyra has been moving around a bit, and she seems to have settled here at Ruff Ends. As a salon, this salon is really quite nice, airy and open, and seems to have all the amenities I need. Mostly, I would just like to sing my praises of Kyra Rouser. Before I moved to Lawrence, I had had the same hair dresser since I was 8 years old (I was 22 when I moved to Lawrence). I was frightened off by two salons before I finally came to Kyra, a puffy mess of Latina hair, upset and scared as to who would touch my hair next. I was not disappointed. Even though she didn't get my hair cut right the very first time (I have VERY difficult to cut, thick, wavy hair that does WEIRD things), she took the time to write down everything she could about my hair, and was sure to educate me on what it was that I was trying to describe was what I liked. Having someone truly work with you on your hair is a liberating experience. She takes the time out to remember details about my life, and honestly, Kyra became one of the very first people I could call a friend in Lawrence. She's phenomenal, and if she can't do it, she'll find someone who can. Her rates are truly competitive and she's all around an amazing person. Be sure to tell her you saw Sarah's review on Yelp!
