I'm very disappointed in the service at this location
I went in to get energy assistance they do not have any help for that or anything else, though, said they have a food pantry that absolutely only had stale bread and high sugar donuta
I'm very concerned about money given to this organization
The main office lady who had to have an odd collection of little statues at least 100 in her office
The rooms were very dirty and smelled
Crusty men came in and out
which scared me

I have been in disability from work since 2017 due to a permanent back injury and started getting behind on bills. I went in and talked to someone and they paid for my electric and gas bill. I even had extra credit for the next bill. If it weren't for them I'd most likely be homeless. They will also help with certain bills like eye exams and such and give a list of resources you may need. Thank you for helping me. I hope I can pay you back some how sometime.

Been very helpful Ms Carol has been a beautiful person because we really need help with rent this month never missed rent in 5 years and I'm not trying to be homeless

Fat blonde woman with glasses on the back was rude. If you're going to work with the public the delivery of what you're saying with them is something you need to be mindful. You came off disrespectful. I'm not one of those homeless people that's going to take certain behavior because I need it.

The current staff and volunteers are especially kind, generous and helpful. I didn't just get food when I was hungry, I got lots of information, several different episodes of kindness from strangers and I didn't feel embarrassed to ask for help from them. Thank you for helping to keep me alive. I am not yet done living.
