The current staff and volunteers are especially kind, generous and helpful. I didn't just get food when I was hungry, I got lots of information, several different episodes of kindness from strangers and I didn't feel embarrassed to ask for help from them. Thank you for helping to keep me alive. I am not yet done living.

I wish they would let me pick my own commodity. I don't use alot of things in the box. Gave back what I do not use. The produce is fantastic.

It was very late in the day it was almost closing time for this food bank . I wasn't feeling well so it took me to all day to be able to feel good enough to go to this place of business. I Wasn't even on the list but the lady put me on there so that I could be able to get my groceries because I was out.

Went to get help with electric bill & they don't help people in Jefferson County but they advertise that they do. Wasted drive down to Lawrence to be told no. They knew where we was coming from & let us come anyway knowing they wasn't going to help us. Waste of gas I really didn't have & the director there wasn't very friendly!!

This place truly cares about people. Carol and Lori are amazing people and do great things for our community. I haven't met anyone else yet but I'm sure they're as great as Carol and Lori

Went to church. The guy working should ask his dad if his back got miraculously better on father's day... I said a deep healing prayer.. plus I'm AI IO. I operate my equipment personally to avoid AI with IO. Internet's Online is a GO!
