They always remember who we are by name. They make refilling our prescriptions a breeze. They are knowledgeable and share it with us when we have questions about medicine or concerns about potential drug interactions. Love doing business with them!!!

We knew Sigler Pharmacy was the best but they came through for us this week big time!! We left on vacation and Mitch forgot his meds. After an initial panic, Jeff Sigler said he’d call it in for us-just needed to know where! We began calling every Walgreens and CVS in town trying to get someone to answer the phone. Nothing but automated and answering - never a human. Finally, our resort recommended a local pharmacy and Jeff called them on Memorial Day no less. They also came through for us (and DELIVERED to our hotel). BUY LOCAL!!!! Support those who are there for you when it’s NOT convenient!! Thank you Jeff and team!!!

Called twice today requesting medication be delivered today. Never was. Now I get to stay up all night. Thanks Sigler! Transferring pharmacies tomorrow. Last in several poor customer service experiences. Was encourage to switch to this pharmacy by a friend, but I have no idea why. Got better service at Walmart of all places.

I want to give a huge thank you to Sigler Pharmacy. The pharmacy located in LFPC has always provided excellent customer service. I moved to Kansas City four years ago but have continued to fill my prescriptions at Sigler. I greatly appreciate hometown businesses and Sigler is no exception. They always provide exemplary customer service and in a time when there is so much ugliness in the world, it's the small things that matter. Being able to count on a business to always deliver courteous, and professional customer service is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the staff at Sigler Pharmacy. I recently learned they have a location in Lenexa at Prairie Star Health. I was so excited to know they expanded to KC. However, I continued to use the Sigler location on 18th St in Lawrence as they would mail my daughter's asthma inhalers. I never had to call it in. They made sure to send it when they knew it was time for a new one. It's the little gestures like mailing the inhaler without having to call in a refill that makes them superior. Thank you SO much to the Sigler staff. I'm happy to be able to get my prescriptions at the Lenexa location.
