I ordered a pick up order, a few moments before picking up my order they notified me that certain items were not in stock. It was ranch and sourdough bread. I thought I would pick up some extra things I forgot... what do you know, while shopping I found the SAME EXACT ranch i asked for as well as the bread. Not joking when I say these people are shopping with their eyes closed. There was plenty of ranch bottles that I asked for, same for the bread. Don't order a pick up order from here it's just not worth it.

Leon was a wonderful cashier and went above and beyond! The customer in front of us had difficulties with coupons and the Target app along with a bunch of stuff. This took some time and Leon let us know, but we decided to wait. Once we paid he was very kind and even bagged everything for us. He then gave us a 5 dollar gift card for simply waiting. This was an amazing experience, give him a raise Target!

I went through trying to buy an item but their self check out machines started lagging really badly. So i stead of purchasing everything and getting the gift cards for something I bought their systems shut down and I wasn't able to get them. Along with that in severely disappointed in their plus size section for swim suits. AKA there were absolutely none.

I mean who doesn't love target lol, cute clothes, Starbucks, food and what ever the heck else you need . Super glad we have one pretty close to campus!

First time i ever shopped there; wow what a clean store; and the grocery section; all the shelves are stocked fully; unlike the crappy Walmarts in that town. I was asked by the employees if i needed any help which was nice; as you never hear that from any Walmart employees. I give 5 stars to target; as it seems they have excellent management and employees. I will be back.

Another reviewer states this store offers phone tech support. They did when that review was posted, however Target Mobile no longer offers this service but still sells phones.

I'm a new mommy to be and today I called the target here and got a really nice person at the guest services. I want to say for all new mom's to call guest services about the baby bag and leaving a call back number because they are needing to get the stock back because there system is acting up.

I'm a single mother undergoing chemotherapy and target completely screwed up my only grocery delivery order and then refused to fix it--pushed it off on another company called "Shipt" whose delivery driver harassed me by text! unbelievable! I will never shop at target again. Not another dime.

We have been fans of Target until the most recent update with this store In Lawrence. Go every week and find nice items to buy at good prices. The only issue we have is of overly loud background music being played through the music system. Quiet background music is nice however when you are hearing music which makes it hard to concentrate on what items you are buying and need it is not a pleasant experience. Music is great for it's value but not to disrupt the reason for a store to sell merchandise . The new store look in 2020 looks nice but there are many buyers who are not looking for an entertainment experience at a store.

This morning I called into guest services to have them set back a product for me that was just released. I was so excited to call and find out that they had TWO items left of this product in stock. I asked for them to set these back for me as I was going to purchase for a friend and I. The girl verified my name and told me she will have them sat back for me. For some reason I had a feeling I should call the store to make sure these were set back as this is a 30 min drive from where I live. When I called, an associate answered and put me on hold to then tell me that they are out of stock. I told her I called at 9 to have them put these items back for me and they verified they would and that I had until tomorrow to pick them up. I am so livid at the fact that either, they didn't check their inventory on the shelf before they verified they would set it back, they sold the item to someone who had come in, or they just straight up didn't do their job. I would be even more mad if I had driven all that way to the Lawrence Target to be told this in person. To top it off, the girl on the phone had no remorse, then hung up on me.

Item not priced when I got to check out. Left it there - $60 clothes steamer they couldn't sell me because they hadn't priced it. Of course it was well marked w a large advertised size in the aisle. Employees stocking aisles in the middle of a Saturday?!?! Guy going out to get carts walked right by me as I was returning it. Made me walk another 100ft to park it the corral
