We just picked up our drive up order and whoever the man was that brought our order out dumped the entire thing in our back seat because he "didn't have time for this" i.e. put our groceries in the bags we brought. We even offered to help him but he declined. In the end we ended up bagging them ourselves. Usually I am happy with the drive up service but today was not it. Do better.

I admittedly no longer shop Target anymore. However, the last time I was there ((before they pulled their stupid anti diversity equity and inclusion)) I noticed this store has gone wayyy downhill. I stopped in on a Wednesday to grab a few things … the store was quite filthy. There was no sense of organization at all and there was literally trash on shelves and on the floor… funny thing is I returned that weekend - I mean 5 whole days later - and an energy drink can that was open was still in the same spot on a shelf of shampoo. lol… that’s a store I was buying food from. Disgusting. Never been back since.

they tried to give me a unit in a destroyed box, they did give me a used unit, cord wound around it, no warranty. terrible experience.

Target has become one of the latest companies to roll back inclusionary practices in their hiring process. They have started to lock up inventory, and reduce available staff to help manage inventory, and assist customers. I love going on Target runs in the evenings as a way to get some retail therapy in, but that will not be the case any longer. Target has hiked up prices, overworked the employees, and turned it's back on customer experience. I hope more people follow suite in leaving.

Great staff! Online said they had a product, but when I got there it was not on the shelf. The clerk at the self checkout was helpful, was able to get another clerk , Joe, to meet me in diary section. Even though the shelf was empty, Joe went to the back and found the item. Very friendly and went above and beyond for customers!

Consistently, this Target has unprofessional customer service, management, and employees. I have gone to Target stores all across the U.S. and none of them were as poorly ran than this particular store. I work within a 3-strikes-your out mentality regarding my being a consumer. Therefore, this feedback is based on 3 separate visits spanning over a one year period with 4 months between each. The first experience involved a store associate not offering me a reusable Target bag despite offering others next to me one (Please Note: I am a both Black America and Indigenous). The second experience involved going to this store to purchase clothing and the entire department was filled with heaps of clothing that had not been re-racked or placed anywhere with organization in general - even posing fall risk as I navigated to the fitting room. The third experience involved going to this store to purchase three gift cards and asking for three separate receipts since they would be given to friends. This experience by far was the worse of all three. It went inappropriately handled by both management and customer service and unresolved without my purchasing these gift cards after all. Hence, I suggest proceed with the caution keeping in mind the potential for these sorts of incidents to occur.

Very low on basic grocery stock. Only one checker open in the middle of the afternoon. No one to assist on floor other than in toys.

This is the worst Target store ever. I tried to return Cat and Jack with defects but they denied returned and treats me in bad way. The manger seems raceist to me because she returned to someone else before me. She didn't even look at my stuff. Not expected from Target!.

Horrible customer service. A "supervisor" name Jazz or some name like that was so rude and unprofessional. It reminded me of a walmart store! She lies first then gets offended when I caught her on the lie. People like this should not work customer service.

Food items not marked as food in their system so it makes food ineligible for EBT SNAP. refused to fix the issue

I really enjoy our Target! We might only have the one, but I'd never trade it. It's always well-stocked, easy to navigate and everyone is so helpful and nice.

I will never shop at Target again until they make my situation right. They sent me a damaged product. This was very expensive too. Over $800. I am done shopping there.
